We chose Veru Voyage because of the good opinions of other travellers and because it is a local agency, something that we value very much. It is a fantastic company, and the accommodations they have in the jungle are Top Notch.
We spent four-night and five day in the jungle, and then 4 days in Cusco and Machu Picchu, we choose a private tour. Now the jungle part: It really isn't enough time to get into the wildest of the jungle ... but we couldn't spend more time. Basically, three days are dedicated almost entirely to the trip, but the way it is organized makes the days enjoyable.
And Machu Picchu was a dream, we couldn't be happier.

Getting to experience the best of Cusco and its surrounding natural beauties guided by the expertise, knowledge and good taste of Veru Voyage was the best of our friends' trip to Peru. From learning which were the best restaurants, to doing some alpaca clothing shopping, to organizing amazing trips to wondrous places such as the Rainbow Mountain, could only be topped off by a photo shoot at this last place, for us to take as souvenir of this wonder-filled experience. We tailored and booked the 10 day Family Adventurers Peru Tour and it was great!. We really liked the standard version of the tour they have on their webpage but wanted to add our own ideas to it. They heard us out and proposed a modified version that better suited us.Considering the complexity of the itinerary, we were initially nervous, but good organisation allowed us to relax and enjoy the scenery, food and Peruvian friendliness.
